What is included in your membership?

What is your cancellation policy?

Since all memberships are prorated on the second payment, all memberships end at the end on the last day of the month. Members may cancel their membership by written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the last day of their last month. Written notices must be sent via email to memberships@cocohaus.com.

For example, if your last day of membership is June 30th, notice must be sent by May 31st. 

Can I pause my membership?

All of our memberships are on a month-to-month basis so there is no need to pause. If you cancel your membership you can always return.

Can I sign up for a single month?

All of our memberships can be purchased month-to-month but in order to comply with the 30-day notice, you’ll need to let us know as soon as you sign up.

You’ll receive more bang for your buck with a contract. 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month contracts get you a 5%, 10% or 15% discount respectively. 

Do you prorate the price of a membership if I only use it half a month?

We don’t prorate our memberships at the end of the month, only when you start and this happens on the second month or second payment (if you sign up for a longer term contract). 

We offer more flexible plans like co.necta BASIC that include discounts on day passes and meeting room credits. We also offer day pass packages of 5 and 10 day passes at a discount. This would be the best way of checking us out before you commit to a full month of 24/7 access.

Will you prorate a membership if I decide to upgrade or downgrade my membership?

You are welcome to upgrade memberships at any point and a credit will be applied for the pre-paid portion of membership paid, but downgrades require the same 30 day notice as cancellations.
